So regardless of global positives, there's still tremendous 'local' advantage

@EricDLombardi @JosephKarim1 We aren't responsible for China, nor do we have any authority over them. We do however have a say in how Canada operates and the decisions we make here, including how much carbon we choose to emit. That's why the discussion is actually about Canada and not China.

@EricDLombardi And the list goes on... we should decarbonize our heavy industries, switch to electric cars etc. To dramatically reduce air pollution, which would have hugely positive health benefits across society leading to better health outcomes which pays for decarbonization itself.

@joshuahind What's always amazes me about Toronto is how provincial many of its leaders and citizens are. We have people living here from all over the world, more so than the majority of cities on the planet and yet the idea of what a city could be is always so small-minded.
