Why did Roblox ban my account for being linked to an account (@lm*****) that I DON’T EVEN KNOW or have any connection to?!
I got permanently banned for someone else’s severe violation. My appeal was denied in about ONE MINUTE.

Hello, Robloxian Banwave community. 📍

There has been a growing trend of users reporting unfair falsely bans allegedly caused by AI-automated moderation, including enforcement bans, Child Safety violations, terrorism-related violations, and asset moderation.

Thousands of accounts may have been affected by these banwaves, with users potentially losing Millions of dollars' worth of virtual assets and purchases.

I sincerely hope Roblox will take a closer look at its moderation system, investigate these reports, and ensure that innocent users are not unfairly penalized.

Roblox Support is a total joke right now. They falsely banned my main account due to a shared campus Wi-Fi IP, and all I get from support are generic bot templates telling me they "won't provide further information.” 🙄🙄

[pizza @iconsumepizza]

instead of fixing their shitty ai moderation and admitting their mistake they change the harmful content/behvaior bans to child safety💔 #Roblox @Roblox @DavidBaszucki just fix moderation dawg its not that hard there are THOUSANDS getting hit by the false bans everyday

[gwen @depict3s]

@Roblox How can we be expected to control who connects to a shared public network? What's the even point of verifying our identity with phone numbers, emails, or IDs if Roblox doesn't bother to check any of it and just lets AI auto-ban innocent players without human review? #robloxㅤ

[gwen @depict3s]

Isn't it completely unfair that playing Roblox on public Wi-Fi (like school or campus networks) gets you banned just because someone else on the same IP address broke the rules? #roblox @Roblox

[gwen @depict3s]

@RUISOINN8 @Roblox @Roblox_RTC @RobloxCreators @RobloxTOS This happened to me and my friends too buddy Roblox is so sick rn

[gwen @depict3s]

@DavidBaszucki please help us

@silkrius I think they don’t want us to get our account back😭💔💔 roblox please stop using AI It’s so embarrassing 😤 your AI is broken

[gwen @depict3s]

@ratona_letal @Roblox This happened to me too!! Roblox is so messed up now 😭 a lot of innocent players get banned from things they don’t do is crazy
In my opinion i think it’s because theirs AI is broken (It’s look like a false ban)

[gwen @depict3s]

@AzazelMistake This happened to me too buddy. But I don’t think using public networks is our actual fault, because a massive wave of innocent players are getting hit right now, and Roblox's automated system is just completely broken

[gwen @depict3s]

Beware of recovery scammers! Don’t trust random people or bots claiming they can recover your banned Roblox account. NEVER share your password, 2FA codes, cookies, or pay anyone. Use official Roblox Support only!

(Even though Roblox Support is barely helping us 😭)

@qeirti0a @LM @Roblox ชั่ย แบนมั่วมาก เดวิดทำอะไรอยู่ ทำไมยังไม่ออกมาชี้แจง😤😤

[gwen @depict3s]

@HatedHeavenly @Roblox Yeah i know 😭💔💔 like bro i sent a lot of appeals with full billing proofs just to get hit by automated bot replies telling me to use an in-app system that literally rejects everything in 1 minute. It’s actually hopeless

[gwen @depict3s]

@M0zarat @Roblox Send email to Roblox support request for a human not AI

[gwen @depict3s]

@fractalcase @LM @Roblox It's definitely not the user's fault. The automated moderation system is flawed for blindly linking innocent main accounts to random alt accounts just because of a shared IP address.

[gwen @depict3s]

@M0zarat @LM @Roblox Yeah i agree

[gwen @depict3s]

@Neon_kingsDK @LM @Roblox Imagine telling people to get a life while acting like this over a simple question. 💀 Your bio says you’re adults, but your behavior says otherwise. Grow the fuck up.

[gwen @depict3s]

@Neon_kingsDK @LM @Roblox Duhhh, go to hell bro 💀 I was asking you nicely, and you replied like an immature asshole. and we’re trying to figure out why we got banned for something we didn’t even do. Just because it’s a game doesn’t mean people aren’t allowed to care. Get a life yourself.
