Suspect: Emonnie Branch, a Black man with dreadlocks. Armed and dangerous.
Vehicle: bluish-gray 2025 Honda Civic, Alabama temp tag TN018596. Last seen I-65 NB near MM 75.

Please pray for his family, his fellow troopers, and everyone at Kentucky State Police.
