I booked a train ticket online (2 Feb departure from Kolkata, arrival in Bangalore). In this day and age, I cannot postpone my ticket online. I must go physically to the reservation counter AT KOLKATA to change my ticket date! I have to cancel and rebook my ticket. Shameful.
