@ProfBrianCox For alien civilisations to detect is us, they’d have to look/listenin a v small window of time.

Chances of our surviving more than 100 yrs from now are looking pretty slim atm) So there would only be a roughly 200 yr window of detectable signals (in their part of the universe).

@Mylovanov On the other hand, economics is ultimately about human behaviour. I suspect you may become a better economist- albeit perhaps not one which maintains the system so much as exposes and works to change it
