Doesn't anyone study Military History?
Flexible/Graduated Response failed in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Somalia & Afghanistan
Who's idea was it to try it in Iran?
First we tried military pressure without economic.
Now we are trying partial economic embargo without military.
When will we learn???
During military operations we left Iran's civilian economy completely in tact including rail transportation, road transportation, non-military manufacturing, oil production, oil sales, power production/transmission etc.,
Now we are embargoing Iran's Persian Gulf ports without any military pressure while leaving Iran's air routes open, rail lines to trading partners open, highway routes to trading partners open and Caspian Sea ports open... which are actively trading with Russia and beyond via the Volga River and Baltic Sea.
Why wasn't there an embargo during military operations?
Why have we left their infrastructure, civilian manufacturing and oil industries completely in tact... giving Iran the financial ability to rapidly rebuild?
Why are we doing an embargo without any additional military pressure or embargos of air, rail, Caspian Sea or highway trade?
The first two weeks of military attacks were absolutely brilliantly conceived and executed... A tactical success of the likes the world has never seen before...
It is truly sad that the U.S. is once again snatching political failure out of the jaws of military success by clinging to flawed doctrines that have failed us time after time after time for over 75 years.
In WW II we militarily defeated our enemies and damaged their economies (manufacturing and transportation) so completely that they could not recover without our help/active involvement...
It is very disconcerting that neither our military or political leaders know enough about military history to repeat that success.

I am not going to pretend that I like @LeaderJohnThune. He does not deserve us! He has failed in all aspects. He is a total disgrace as a leader! He can’t deny that he is not leading. He has received millions of messages from patriots like me urging him to support our president and pass the Save America Act for election integrity—only 🇺🇸 citizens can vote and it requires ID and proof of citizenship—and he has ignored WTP all the way.
How dare you, John Thune, spent 100 million dollars to save RINO Cornyn! You went against our president, against a great MAGA candidate @KenPaxtonTX, and even worse, against We the People—the same people who elected @realDonaldTrump and gave Republicans the majority in the House and Senate!
Leader John Thune, how dare you accepted the position of Senate Majority Leader only to sabotage our president’s agenda! We are upset at your performance and your inability to fight for 🇺🇸. You, sir, should resign. Today you were defeated, and so was your candidate! You had ample opportunities but burned them all. You even sent the Senate on a long vacation. It’s time to go, sir! @VP@Gutfeldfox@JesseBWatters@FoxNews@ScottPresler

"Yesterday, we arrested more than 1,900 people," said Homeland Security Chief Markwayne Mullin on May 5. "Currently, over 60,000 individuals are detained and facing deportation. Last week, we deported over 2,700 people daily."
The New York Times reported on a private strategy discussion this weekend with Virginia House Democrats where they vented about the Virginia Supreme Court’s ruling tossing their new congressional map. One wild idea floated was lowering the justices’ retirement age to force them all off the court and pack it with new appointees. Nothing’s been acted on yet. It’s angry brainstorming right after a big loss.
Democrats do feel they are above the law. If a Supreme Court ruling is unfavorable to them they try to find a way to replace the Supreme Court Justices on both State and Federal levels.

How she got on the board in the first place? She joined around 2014 while she was dean of the Wayne State University Law School. The SPLC recruited her for her background in election law and voting rights work. She stayed on for about five years until she ran for Secretary of State.
Jocelyn Benson served on the SPLC board of directors from 2014 to 2018 or early 2019, which overlapped with the period covered in the recent federal indictment. Board members generally provide oversight on finances and strategy, but routine check-signing is typically handled by staff or designated officers like the treasurer, not every board member. No reports say she personally signed checks for those informant payments. Her knowledge of these payments to informants would be obvious.
