I'm seeing a few tweets from accounts telling families what their children should be eating, not to eat unhealthy, not to feed them unhealthy food, as parents of autistic children we hear this a lot from some professionals too, it's easy to say things like this when you don't have a autistic child, it's easy to say what people should be doing, when you have a autistic child that refuses to eat any food and you find one food they will eat believe me your just happy that they are eating something, even if that's a chicken nugget, don't judge people unless you've walked in their shoes, lived their lives and scoured every god damn supermarket for that last packet of chicken nuggets or whatever it may be.
