This directly threatened my team's productivity. The service provider shows no urgency in fixing this — it's unacceptable. @NgComCommission

They never sent me a "Lead ID".
I have shared everything they sent me with them (I would share here too with some personal details blurred out). They called me earlier asking me to pay another 40k again, thieving s*ums!!!. 😡😡

Unfortunately, in my case they didnt provide me a lead ID. I have forwarded all the payment details (which carries a reference number to track payment) to them but they dont do anything.
