Back by popular demand, here is Stéphanie Giguère's full testimony, from Day 3 of the Allison Inquiry, 10 Sep 2026.

Her background in behavioural science, coupled with her experience working in government, gave her a unique perspective on the pandemic response.

She reluctantly took one shot on Moderna, after being worn down by a combination of pandemic fatigue and propaganda.

After taking the shot, she needed help dressing herself, and had to rely on her husband for transportation. Her doctor said it was all in her head, and diagnosed her with a mental disorder.

Her therapist, "Pig-face," thought it was more important to "treat" her newly-found distrust of government than her suicidality. "Pig Face" is a reference to Orwell's Animal Farm, which is an allegorical novella about Stalinism, wherein "some animals are more equal than others" (namely, the pigs).

Under Stalin, NKVD (secret police) ran the Kazan Psychiatric Prison Hospital, which was essentially used as a Gulag for dissidents who were considered intellectuals.

Stéphanie also describes her experience of having all of Canadian society turn on her. The "pro-vaxx" camp wanted her dead because, with only one dose, she was considered "unvaccinated;" the "pro-choice" said she deserved to die for taking the vaccine.

The so-called "pandemic" really brought out the worst in Canadians. This has surely been the darkest period in our history.
