@MBonvoyAssist your CSRs seem to be inept. I had a simple request to credit a missing stay that has now led to an actual reduction in points earned. 3 reps that attempted to assist actually made things worse.

I’m in and out of airports multiple times a week and your agents are the worst…consistently disorganized, rude, and inept.
For many travelers, travel is stressful enough. Don’t make it worse.
@RexChapman Yup. Lived in DFW area most of my life, so AA and Southwest were easy options. Now live in PNW and fly @AlaskaAir exclusively. I can’t imagine that I’ll ever fly with anyone else, as @AlaskaAir is spectacular!

It's better to learn from complex thinkers than smooth talkers.
Saying "I might be wrong" is not a mark of ignorance. It reveals the absence of insecurity.

It takes confidence to admit uncertainty. The people who are the most sure are usually the most insecure.
