The Customer Care agent named Dare whom I spoke to did confirm that last recharge on my account was on 20th of July and amount N5k. He put me on hold to go through my account and said while he can confirm a recharge of 5k, he couldn't see reason for the depletion of same..
.. CC Dare promised to incident a report and I should give them 24 hours to revert.
24 hrs later I got a call from another airtel CC agent this time around a lady. She informed me that my case has been resolved.
I then asked how the case was resolved & she couldn't explain..
I quickly checked my account and the money was still to be repaid. I reminded the lady that the only resolution of the matter is for airtel to refund the money they took from account. I recharged 5k on July 20th, made no call, sent no text, used no data but had zero balance..
Where is my money? I asked. The lady started another round of review on my account. She went through the same process agent Dare went with me and arrived at the same conclusion.
I can see a recharge of 5k on July 20th but right now there is no credit in your account Ma..
Ok Aunty Customer care, if you can't see the 5k, can you see how it was spent? She said she couldn't see any trace as to how it was spent but all she can see is that I have no credit.
I then asked Her, who stole my 5k? She said she will escalate the matter and get back in 24 hrs
It's been 4 days since the promise and I'm yet to hear from @AirtelNigeria . My account is still reading zero. I can't be spending my productive hours on airtel CC. Airtel, kindly refund my money. This isn't the 1st time but I've had enough!
