@mikecherry Basic yoga and Thai yoga massage has helped me out a ton with my two discs. Also found that my leg muscles are always tense, which messes with my back. I stretch one leg at a time & scrape the back of my upper leg with a metal sci-fi tool to get the muscles to release.
