Before you spend money on ads or rush to create content, ask yourself one question:
Do I actually know who I’m selling to, what problem I’m solving, and why people should choose my business?
In 2026, noise is everywhere.
Posting without direction is just activity, not growth.
@Ifyyodunze Its because we glorify innovative stuffs as luxury here. Tesla cybercar just lauched this year and selling for less than 30k dollars. If that car comes to Nigeria your dealers will sell it at 100k dollars and more. Thats the problem
Many years ago i traveled to the village to visit my cousins my mom later followed my grandma to the farm to fetch firewood, when they got back my uncle took axe and was splitting the wood to pieces and with each split comes these strong scent from the wood. Guess what?
There is a reason why the Read Receipts feature was ncluded on WhatsApp and it isnt there for a dummy purpose. You can choose to turn it off and on for privacy reasons and any reason whatsoever is valid
I’ve had my WhatsApp read receipts turned off since around 2017.
During an ASUU strike, I got a sales rep job through a friend. One day, my boss noticed that my read receipts were off and started explaining how to turn them back on.
I told him, “Sir, I know how read receipts work. I turned them off myself.”
He then told me that if I wanted to keep working for him, I would need to switch them back on.
I reminded him that we already had a business line for work communication, and the read receipts on that line were on. My personal phone is my personal property.
He said if I wouldn’t change it, he would have to let me go.
The next day, I submitted my resignation letter.
That guy that went home to see his parent didn't just go home when he knows he already bought 20 tickets.. dem use family problem draw the guy go house.
I remember when Etisalat Nigeria came to my school during SUG Week. They were selling raffle tickets for a chance to win a brand-new car.
You needed to see how everyone was buying tickets. Even me sef, I bought 5 tickets. Who no wan win free motor? 😂
But there was this particular guy who went all out and bought about 20 tickets.
On the day of the raffle draw, the organizers spun the tickets and picked a winner. The first winning ticket landed on this guy, but he was nowhere to be found.
They picked a second ticket. It landed on him again.
They picked a third ticket. Still him.
By this point, the crowd was already going crazy. People ran to his hostel looking for him, only to discover that he had travelled home for the weekend to see his parents.
After several attempts to reach him failed, the organizers had no choice but to draw another winner.
This time, the ticket belonged to a guy who had bought just one ticket.
He showed up, collected the car, and throughout my remaining years in school, I saw him driving that car everywhere.
Till today, I still wonder how the first guy must have felt each time he saw that car on campus, knowing it could have been his.
Life can change in a single moment. May we never be absent when our moment comes. 🙏
My Asian colleagues are always laughing whenever I walk past them.
At first, I ignored it. Then it happened so many times that I started paying attention.
Eventually, I asked one of them, the chatty one, what was going on.
That’s when she casually told me that my name, “OLU,” means “Owl” in Punjabi.
I don’t know if I should be angry or just let it go
🦉🦉🦉
I am absolutely livid 😭
