@Lezyne it has been over 3 months since you approved my recall. Yet now you will not reply to any request for an update on the process. What is up with that?
@supersonicfibre This is what your 500Mbps service looks like. Problem is on your network and first your staff would not even look at the problem and then when I insisted no technicians are available.
@supersonicfibre 3 days and counting to upgrade my account and you can't even give me a price. No way to escalate to management. And no whatsapp you do not respond on whatsapp
@MercedesBenz_SA#thebestornothing It sad with a slogan like this that nothing is am improvement to the service I got. Took me car in with 2 faults, got it back with 3. Neither fault fixed and new ones added. Shocking service and attitude
