@WHUFCFZ As a Villa fan I’d have to agree. We were poor tonight and got away with one.

[derekdraperson71 @derekdraperson1]

@GrahamRoberts4 @henrywinter Focal point at times too.

[derekdraperson71 @derekdraperson1]

@GrahamRoberts4 @henrywinter It’s possible for you both to be right. Kane is great at dropping deep and playing a pass but we also need him/ someone to be a f

[derekdraperson71 @derekdraperson1]

@StanCollymore Thought Jones was very good tonight, goal aside. Probably motm on that performance plus the goal

[derekdraperson71 @derekdraperson1]

@Baddiel I agree with your general criticism of xenophobic responses to a German manager. But the club football argument doesn’t quite work. The key difference is that anyone can come anywhere and play for Chelsea but that is not the case with England. I’m ok with Tuchel actually, but…

[derekdraperson71 @derekdraperson1]

@StanCollymore I agree- grim. I think national managers should be from the nation they represent, ideally, but he’s a good choice other than not being from England. Him being German is a non-issue for me- I’ll leave that to the xenophobia mad Mail to boil their piss over👍

[derekdraperson71 @derekdraperson1]

@BBCSport @BBCMOTD Probably the best of those available. I think Carsley has probably talked himself out of it, with his poor media performances plus knowing that they probably preferred Tuchel anyway.

[derekdraperson71 @derekdraperson1]

@JoshMalina There’s something weird going on at the top of your head in this photo. Looks like you’ve got tinsel in it or something. Too early for Christmas surely!😁

[derekdraperson71 @derekdraperson1]

@StanCollymore Absolutely Stan. Personally, I don’t give a fuck even if he sings the Star Spangled Banner every match as long as we win .

[derekdraperson71 @derekdraperson1]

@jmcginn7 Christ- talk about Up the Villa😳 Taking things a bit too literally 😭

[derekdraperson71 @derekdraperson1]

@tweedy151 @StanCollymore But we played Belgium and Brazil in March who are arguably top sides. Also, our best players such as Foden, Bellingham, rice etc play against or alongside top players eg Rodri, macallister week in week out. Surely the issue is more about playing style and approach not who we play

[derekdraperson71 @derekdraperson1]

@StanCollymore What the fuck is wrong with these people? There is no excuse for any of this whatsoever

[derekdraperson71 @derekdraperson1]

@sharrond62 Mechanical horse is good though

[derekdraperson71 @derekdraperson1]

@dean_orme @MatKendrick @BlackSabbath @AVFCOfficial Yes it is! It’s Geezer Butler - you’ve only got to google him ffs
