@chiefmartec Good perspective @chiefmartec Biggtest takeaway here is that leaders need to develop/hire for these skills so they can take adavantage of this evolution. There's often a lack of data literacy and logical/programatic thinking that keeps inefficient ways of operating entrenched.

I tried to be thorough, honest, and accurate in the entire process, provided all information I was asked for while trying to navigate an incredibly clunky website. In exchange I've been treated horribly by too many customer service reps to count, and feel completely helpless.

In December, I had my phone stollen while traveling, grabbed directly out of my hands on the street. But, trying to get a replacement shipped through @DHLexpress has been far more frustrating, infuriating, and it seems I'm going to lose a SECOND phone now. A Thread:

So, the options @DHLexpress has left me with, in the process of trying to ship myself a phone to replace one stolen while traveling, are to either A.) Pay an additional $1,700+, or B.) Abandon my $1,000 iPhone.
