@AvisUK I'm a preferred Avis customer for 25+ years. I'm very unhappy with my rental in Orlando last week. Some how my e-toll was switched from std to unlimited and I got a unwanted $140 charge on my card, no one wants to sort this out. Is this how you treat valued customers?
@VirginAtlantic#MiamiFL Well done Virgin Atlantic. Flew out to Miami last week in upper class, kids in premium. Perfect check in, smooth flow through security. Breakfast in the lounge, priority boarding through front private door. Smooth flight, excellent service.
