Watkins Glen restart/track limit rules. Only must stay in lane on restart to end of restart zone, not start-finish line. If you go outside tire packs in Turn 1 to improve position/gaint time, stop-and-go in inner loop. If u force someone outside tire packs, possible stop-and-go.
