There's still time for Ford to make this right by offering other interior options than Navy Pier for the FEs. Ford will undoubtedly see lots of FE cancelations if they don't.

Please explain to me, @ChaseSupport , how the only option to cancel travel is by holding by phone for hours and hoping Chase picks up on the other end? Currently on hold for 4.5+ hours, after trying and holding several other times the last few days. Allow a callback option!

@RTICCoolers A great place to buy coolers that break in a few days and which RTIC then refuses to warranty, repair, replace, or refund. Awful customer service and defective products. Stay away!
