Super Suites sister company Mahogany Platinum operates resort style retirement living in the same luxury high-rise prime location on Mill Lake, next to the regional hospital and Seven Oaks Mall. We have assisted many seniors over the years that have not only enjoyed a fully furnished and equipped all inclusive Super Suite but also shared in the benefits of Mahogany Platinum such as a Director of Client Experience, an additional companion onsite, and fun social events to attend!

Mahogany at Mill Lake is the crown jewel of Abbotsford being the tallest and best development in the city since 2018 (at 26 stories it is the tallest by 10 stories). It is Super Suites flagship location at our home base of Abbotsford BC where Super Suites was founded back in 2006. Our senior friendly furnished rentals offer Aging In Place renovations and technologies such as Stove Guard for gas stoves, certified grab bars, fall detection etc. Our housekeepers cater to the senior residents’ particular needs, including trash removal if needed.

Our residents also enjoy a true wellness real estate experience with a luxury indoor pool, hot tub, full gym, amenities rooms, guest suites, bistro, pharmacy, dental and doctors located on the first 3 floors of the commercial at the base of the tower. As an original and currently serving strata council member I can say that the dedicated group of resident council members keeps this great property built by Quantum Properties under excellent stewardship!

Our longer term 55 + active independent living has been perfect for some insured clients that stay with us at Super Suites during an insurance claim and then transition to become part of the Mahogany Platinum rental community for the longer term. Hotels and airbnb were not options for us. I contacted Super Suites and in less than 3 hours I had keys in hand with an apartment ready to move into. Things that we needed were brought to us almost immediately which made a terrible situation much more manageable. They even billed our insurance directly.
