@jakebrowatzke I was fortunate, or I should say lucky to ride this one up on the last wild move up. Normally I wouldn’t double dip but the move into the HELOCs look quite interesting. Don’t need to be in a rush as the rate situation should keep it drifting lower for a bit. $BETR
