Epilogue: @turbotax support concluded it wasn’t a bug. I spent considerable time trying to responsibly escalate privately. I ended up reaching out to a former colleague at Intuit who raised an internal ticket & got it fixed.
@HRBlock how does YOUR support team handle bug reports?

Scary bug in @turbotax .
- Added a 1099-INT thru camera
- Numbers were correct
- 1099 shown in my income list
- ❌ 1099 wasn’t used in tax calcs
- ❌ “Review” didn’t catch the issue

fix: I manually updated a box in the 1099-INT to investigate, and suddenly TT started using it.

@ColorGray7 Hey @ColorGray7 I think I encountered a mild bug during “Court of Sentinels”.
I completed in order “Dance”, “Names”, and “Events” — but not “Statements”. However upon finishing “Events” it triggered the chapter ending despite an incomplete “Statements”.
