But with revenue sharing, luxury tax money, and God knows how much gambling advertising money they must have coming in now, its not IF they can spend $200 million, it's WHY don't they?

Skubal is statistically a better pitcher. Detroit offered him $19.8 million.

Sure, Skubal isnt a UFA yet, but do you really think he's motivated to stay in Detroit with an offer like that?
