I’ve been totally out of the FM content loop for more than a year (following our cross-country move). It seems the style on YouTube has really changed. A lot of “simulation” saves that get a lot of views. I saw a great video by @lollujo discussing this change. Interesting… #FM24

I’ve been totally out the loop and just found out about the #FM25 cancellation. I reckon I’ll start a new #FM24 save…I haven’t played FM in many months. Not sure why, aside from lacking motivation for the game amidst many life complications (move, house buy, work, tragedy, etc.)

My sister sadly passed away from cancer on Monday. My heart is truly broken.
Now when I see people fighting with strangers online about games, I can only shake my head at the extreme stupidity of it all. They’re games. Enjoy them. Focus on what matters and brings joy…not the BS.

Don’t take those you love for granted. They could be gone in an instant. Nobody’s life has been worse off by 1 more hug, 1 more call, 1 more chat over coffee, or 1 more “I love you.” Life is precious and fleeting.

@StuartB94181596 @theoldzealand That’s a good question. I think it’s very possible that both will be released in 2025. As it’s an annual sports game, they have to hit the beginning of the season window. I expect FM26 to then be the more refined version of FM25.

I agree with @theoldzealand that #FM25 will be released in March and fiscal year pressure is most likely the reason. I expect the game to be a bit of a mess. I’ve been conditioned by other gaming companies to believe it’ll be a hot mess.

For #FM25 I reckon a proper 🇩🇪 save is on the cards again for me. So many great options available in both the 2. Bundesliga and 3. Liga to rebuild a big club fallen on hard times. Hamburg, Köln, Hertha, Kaiserslautern, Rostock, and Dresden to just name a few I’d pick from. ⚽️
