@daryiljohnson30 @Xboxguy141 @Destiny2Team @SneakyBeaver You either had to do Dual Destiny, or acquire the class item from Eva Levante during the Dawning. If you did either of those two, you can purchase them from Xur. If you completed Dual Destiny, you get the added bonus of focusing one perk
