I remember a study from years ago saying pirates tend to spend more on media.

As in they are fans, but they don't want to limit their consumption on relation to their spending ability.

@videoApothecary The problem is that physical media is mostly for hobbyists now. 4K discs cost a premium. DVD still outsells BluRay and 4K.

But these collections are huge. There are more affordable single discs that go on sale.

@aifilmmaker Knowing the rule means you also need to know when to break it. The action scene will move so fast that people aren't going to be trying to figure out the geography. You'll find few action scenes that obey it.

There is padding but it is still a lot of fun!
