@pogiret174 @tak_01_ if you've watched multiple double elim tournaments this is just not true, seeing the 1st and 2nd best teams fight in the finals is actually really fking good, and both sides winning feels acceptable, one has more footage on them, you are at a disadvantage if you're from lower.

as a dancer who has worked on her flexibility for years, i swear by these. getting flexible really doesn’t have to be a scary complicated thing, it can be quite simple. do this everyday for 3-6 months and your connective tissue will melt in on itself.

@Method @Kwepp for anyone wants clarity of why this short did it badly, is that you wanna get a little 1 sec run going on the top of the stairs and jump before going down a step, you shoot further right than this guy does in the clip, no hitting any invis walls and everythings in ur control
