@davidpollack47 Amen to this! A few buddies and I challenged each other at the beginning of 2024 to do 100 pushups/day M-F and taking wknds off. I’m still at it almost 1.5 years later and at 53 I feel fantastic. It’s absolutely increased my bench max 💪🏻
