Whether or not Museveni sign this bill to law, the sheer audacity to threaten LGBTQ citizens with legal discrimination on a global level is astonishing. The religious violence and misunderstanding of human sexuality is unacceptable. I stand in solidarity with LGBTQ Ugandans.
