I’d recommend the Nike App with @bennettrun sessions (free!) - I was never a runner and never enjoyed it. When I discovered him a year ago it changed the game for me! I only ever run with him in my ears now!

@_VegasBabyYeah @geekofrandom @TheGameCase Scheduling challenges can - and often is - the death of a show as we get pulled in different directions through family life and work etc. I fully understand that!

@_VegasBabyYeah @geekofrandom @TheGameCase I spent several months weighing that up, working out schedules etc to make sure it really can all work. The biggest thing is not to push or force it into the schedule because that invariably will mean it will make it less enjoyable (+ lead to burn out) at some point along the way
