DerRoberts

doing some ecom for some years but big breakthough still pending, best month 45k usd but pushing p

[DerRoberts @DerRobertsEcom]

@fromadstoassets @EcomKostnchko_ for me these costcaps almost never go over 100 spend, always good roas but just low spend

[DerRoberts @DerRobertsEcom]

@juansbiz I got this bundle version already

[DerRoberts @DerRobertsEcom]

day 2 of taking over the swiss ecommerce market:

3'036.85 CHF Revenue
-1'664.47 CHF Meta ads
-760 CHF COGS
-295 CHF TikTok Ads
-151 CHF Fees
= 89.38 CHF PROFIT DAMN

LETS GO BOYS WE INCREASED PROFIT +12 compared to yesterday haha I will buy me a happy meal with that....

yesterday I launched new creatives in my large CBO (1.3k daily budget) but I also did a new CBO for them and the new CBO gave me a 2.58 ROAS. I initially launched the CBO at 100 daily budget but doubled it at lunchtime to 200 lol. That was my first time ever doubling a campaign budget on facebook. Normally I never increase more than 20%.

If the results at lunchtime look good today I think I will bump it again to 400 WHO GONNA STOP ME?

but the most important thing my CPA is coming down for my 1.3k cbo, now im at 38.75

If today would be monday I would decrease it to 1k but man its saturday so I think I will just leave it alone today and tomorrow and dont touch anything and see if it stabilizes and becomes profitable.

TikTok is working so well, 29 CPA but Its so hard to push more spend there because everytime the CPA crashes. Meta is so much better but so much harder to deal with

[DerRoberts @DerRobertsEcom]

@juansbiz yes im bleeding out...
my aov is 58

[DerRoberts @DerRobertsEcom]

@fromadstoassets 🚬🚬🚬

[DerRoberts @DerRobertsEcom]

@ecombenni go lower, pump more creatives in it to fine a winner that gives lower CPA

[DerRoberts @DerRobertsEcom]

@imaiaixiao My Breakeven CPA is 40. With an CPA of 30 on High volume I would be happy.

alright I will try to keep it at 1.3k if the performance today will be breakeven because tomorrow is weekend.

If its terrible today I will move to 1k but lets see

[DerRoberts @DerRobertsEcom]

day 1 of posting my dropshipping journey on x but day 854567 (kinda) in ecom :

4'122.50 CHF Revenue
-2.471,51 CHF Meta ads
-1'030 CHF COGS
-338 CHF TikTok Ads
-206 CHF Fees
= 76.99 CHF PROFIT DAMN

give me 2 refunds of these 70 orders yesterday and I lost money amazing haha

I will always show my numbers in swiss francs, f*ck the dollar haha just add +20% in your head for my posts.

Im swiss and this store is only running in switzerland because the EU tax is just to high to maintain somehow of a margin rn.

From 08. october until 14th october I scaled this product to 20'000 revenue with 3'500 profit so around 18% margin. Right now my biggest struggle is that if I push spend my CPA raises to much but the ads are winners, frequency is not to high (swiss market is small I always gotta keep an eye on that). I already have 700'000 Impressions with this product and in switzerland only 5'000'000 men live and the product is for a speficic audience ofc so maybe im hitting a roof there

im currently running one main cbo at a daily budget 1.6k but scaled it down today to 1.3k, maybe tomorrow even further down because my gut says 1k is a sweet spot.
Got greedy yesterday and launched 2 bid campaigns, 2 cost cap campaigns, 1 ABO with my winners but they burned my money in fire haha. Target CPA is around 30, got blessed with 50+

On the other hand, tiktok ads running pretty smoothly but almost impossible to push hard there, everything crashed at a level. Mostly my CPA doubles when I double the budget on the campaign (intraday surfscaling) so very though to scale a campaign over 200 a day

I will attach my revenue from yesterday, the past days and my meta + tt campaign overview. If you got questions feel free to ask. English isnt my main language so excuse maybe the weird sentence structure and I dont want to AI it, wanna keep it authentic

huge shoutout to @fromadstoassets to inspiring to do these daily posts, he inspired me so much and sharing daily struggles gives so much value to others. and ofc also @AnthonyEclipse I profited so much from his network and knowledge, im not in the direct mentoring (only soldier plan) but there is so much free value

I made my first ecom sales in 2019 with 15 years old, im now 21. Gotta Lock a 100k month in this Q4 letsgo

[DerRoberts @DerRobertsEcom]

@AnthonyEclipse thanks for the never ending sauce

[DerRoberts @DerRobertsEcom]

@fromadstoassets thank you, your posts pushed me

yessir will do that🫡

[DerRoberts @DerRobertsEcom]

@fromadstoassets you too, yes you pushin p ofc

thanks, amazing advice, I will start tomorrow, you pushed the start botton for it

[DerRoberts @DerRobertsEcom]

@AnthonyEclipse haha because swiss currency is the best, f*ck the dollar that shit going to zero🤣

[DerRoberts @DerRobertsEcom]

@fromadstoassets noo thank you! you always see so many wins with 3+ ROAS and stuff like that and then I often thought oh im running breakeven, I should cut etc. but its kinda a false narrative because these people mostly also have bad days but they don't post and youre so open about it, huge W

[DerRoberts @DerRobertsEcom]

@fromadstoassets And then one cbo for the winners with post ids?

[DerRoberts @DerRobertsEcom]

@AnthonyEclipse Yessir anthony gives so much free value you can easy push with that to 1k days😎

[Eclipse @AnthonyEclipse]

derroberts never even joined my 1 on 1.

he’s just been inside the discord learning and applying the info.

and he’s still managed to absolutely kick ass.

you don’t need to pay a mentor thousands of dollars to make this work.

sometimes you just need the right info and enough discipline to actually use it.
