@ScottAdamsSays I just did the same a few weeks ago. I was told I had stage 4 CKD. Now I use less insulin, lost ten pounds, less cravings, and BS lower in the morning. AC1 14+ is 9.98. Waiting to see what it will be like in the next two months. My clothes are getting bigger. BP is better too.
