@AerLingus I have contacted you on numerous customer channels including DMs about my refund. I was told it would be sorted, that’s over a month old. I’d really appreciate an update on its status.
@AerLingus Hi, no I spoke to one of your agents on the phone and he said I’d receive an email to confirm refund and a refund via the card in a couple of days but that was last week.
@AerLingus I am waiting on a refund because my flight was rescheduled. I didn’t receive a follow up email or the refund which the contact Centre agent said I would receive into my account. I spent an hour waiting on the phone so I hope you can respond to my query via DM/email?
