— A doctor at Ridge Hospital has shared an experience with a delivery rider who insulted him after he arrived about five minutes late to collect a cake delivery.

According to the doctor, a passerby later greeted him as “Doctor,” and upon realizing who he was, the rider apologized to him.

The doctor says the incident highlights the problem of classism in Ghana, where people are often treated differently based on their perceived social status.
