🚨 NEW: A Texas immigration judge has ordered 33-year-old Canadian national Kaitlyn Tracey deported after she pleaded guilty to assaulting a teenage girl wearing patriotic clothing on a New Jersey boardwalk. 👏🏾

According to authorities, Tracey had overstayed her visa and was in the U.S. illegally at the time of the July 3 assault. She accepted a plea deal to a misdemeanor assault charge, received one day in jail with credit for time served, and was ordered removed from the country.

Police say the assault, which was captured on video, happened after Tracey confronted a group of teenagers, including a girl wearing a USA 250 tank top.

Her attorney reportedly argued she was acting as a “Good Samaritan,” but the deportation order was issued before her guilty plea.

JACOBSEN: “There’s this woman who’s an Al-Qaeda terrorist that they put in a mental institution here in Texas.”

JACOBSEN: “She’s an MIT trained biologist who was leading the biological weapons program. This is according to the CIA.”
