After the Supreme Court's decision to restrict the Voting Rights Act, I'm reflecting on my trip to Selma for the 61st anniversary of Bloody Sunday.
Despite the hardships the heroes of the Civil Rights Movement faced, they marched on.
So must we. We cannot afford not to.
Whoever's reading this, I pray that you find happiness.
Not temporary happiness, but long-lasting real happiness.
The kind that makes your face glow and lights up your soul. You deserve it.
I hope you know that God can transform your whole life in a moment. I hope you know that help has been sent. He hasn’t left, and He’s doing amazing things beyond what you can see or feel. A court ruled in our favor and declared that the President cannot impose tariffs whenever, wherever, or however he wants.
This is a victory for hardworking families and businesses in New York and our nation.

The SAVE Act threatens voting rights for millions, especially communities of color, low-income individuals, women, and other vulnerable communities.
That's why my office and a group of AGs are urging Congress to reject the SAVE Act and protect people's fundamental right to vote.
