จากที่มีผู้รายงานความผิดปกติของการจองบัตร PP KRIT MY PLEASURE CONCERT เข้ามา
ทางระบบได้ทำการตรวจสอบอย่างละเอียดและพบว่าแอ็กเคานต์ที่ซื้อบัตรเหล่านั้น เป็นแอ็กเคานต์ที่สมัครมาและมีการยืนยันตัวตนอย่างถูกต้อง

อย่างไรก็ตาม ทางผู้จัดงานไม่นิ่งนอนใจ และขอย้ำอีกครั้งว่า ผู้จัดงานไม่สนับสนุนการกักตุนบัตรและการซื้อขายบัตรในราคาสูงกว่าราคาขายปกติ

หากพบการซื้อขายต่อบัตรอย่างไม่เป็นธรรม ทางผู้จัดงานขอใช้สิทธิ์ในการดึงบัตรคืนสู่ระบบ โดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

ขอขอบคุณแฟน ๆ ในการแจ้งข้อมูลและเบาะแสต่าง ๆ โดยยังสามารถส่งข้อมูลเข้ามาได้โดยตลอด เพื่อให้ทางผู้จัดงานได้ดำเนินการตรวจสอบต่อไป

ส่วนในกรณีความผิดปกติอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับแจ้งมา ผู้จัดงานได้มอบหมายให้ทางระบบผู้ขายตรวจสอบและรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อหาทางแก้ไข และจะแจ้งให้ทุกคนทราบโดยเร็วที่สุด ทางผู้จัดงานขออภัยในความไม่สะดวกทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้น ขอน้อมรับคำแนะนำทั้งหมดเพื่อปรับปรุงและพัฒนาต่อไป

Following reports of irregularities in the ticket booking process for PP KRIT MY PLEASURE CONCERT, the system has conducted a thorough investigation and confirmed that the accounts used to purchase these tickets were registered and verified correctly.

However, the event promoters remain vigilant and would like to emphasize once again that they do not support ticket hoarding or resale at prices higher than the original ticket price.

If any unfair ticket reselling practices are found, the promoters reserve the right to revoke the tickets and return them to the system without prior notice.
