How is it possible that a CryptoPunk was sold for $532 million? Well, actually it wasn't. The whole process was backed by something called a flash loan. In one transaction 124457 Ether were borrowed, the NFT was bought and all the money - repaid. Great marketing? Maybe.

How much was the highest sale of the @BoredApeYC? 852 ETH which was over $3.4M at the time. It was sold on auction at @sothebys and the owner @j1mmyeth minted the Bored Ape for just 0.08 ETH. Over 10k% return on investment in less than half a year. Not bad.
