When we hear mass shooting we think of a random act of violence committed against random unknowing victims. This was not that.. one gang shooting at another. The only reason to call this a mass shooting is to make the gun the problem and push more gun laws. In reality this little gang banger should have been locked up for previous crimes. The judge and prosecutor in Tucson are responsible and should be prosecuted for dereliction of duty.
