@LGIndia disappointing experience. Have been chasing to get a service for a water purifier under AMC.
Neither you are addressing it on mails and not your assigned service provide is addressing it on ground. It has been past 10 days already.

@careinsuranceIN There is no way to reach care service team but surprisingly connecting to sales team is so easy. This is a big gap in your IVR arrangement.. someone in need will never be able to reach the service team .

@careinsuranceIN None of you are addressing the concern. Patient is at hospital waiting and you just give a new TAT everytime.
