@18002096006 No words can compensate for my loss or restore my confidence in the Thar Roxx. Your service centre has attempted to fix the same issue twice, failed both times, and is now blaming me while demanding ₹55,000 for repairs. This is unacceptable. @anandmahindra

@anandmahindra purchased thar Roxx petrol automatic in October 25. Battery issue in November. Push button start issue in march. Two times service centre kept vehicle for weeks and problem never resolved fully. This time they showing some wire and blaming me for damage.

This is extremely disappointing from a brand I have trusted for decades. I request Mahindra to intervene immediately and resolve the matter fairly. Failing this, I will be compelled to pursue appropriate legal remedies. @anandmahindra @MORTHIndia @nitin_gadkari

@anandmahindra your service centres are unable to diagnose problem and thus no solution was provided. Right now my car is at koncept mahindra okhla Delhi for the past 2 days and none of your engineers are able to detect the problem. Kindly look into it and provide me a solution

@AmazonHelp Already replied to your email. Had multiple conversations of hours and hours with your customer care.

No one even gave a single assurance to fix the problem.

So I will keep posting on social media and soon I will publish all the recordings to expose the rude behaviour of Amazon

@AmazonHelp This is the email that I received on monday and its Wednesday when I experienced the same issue at the same address and my parcel was not delivered.

You people are only buying time and doing nothing.

On top of that two of my orders were not delivered and this time I went to warehouse to collect my orders.

@JaipurDialogues अबे जाहिल भाजमुल्ले रौशनी बिखेरते बारूदी पटाखों से समस्या नहीं। शोर करते पटाखों से है वह भी तब जब करोड़ों लोग एक वक्त में घंटों शोर करते हैं और मासूम नन्हे पशु अपनी माँ से बिछड़ भटक जाते हैं।

पर तेरी इस्लामिक बुद्धि में यह सनातनी करूणा के स्वर नहीं पहुँच सकते।

@AmazonHelp I have already contacted your customer care multiple times and each time they fooled me with fake informations and false promises .

I already shared my order id and if you will not take proper action then I will file a formal complaint in the court of law.
