@XfinitySupport@Xfinity I canceled our services in January and it’s now April and I’m still being put through the ringer. This is how @Xfinity treats loyal clients and veterans…..
@XfinitySupport I have been dealing with canceling since January. I have verbally confirmed cancellation multiple times, emails of confirmation from xfinity, screen shots of agent chats stating we were cancelled and most likely have a refund. Today; I get a debt collection notice.
@JerrodBR@T_Elson15@Greg_Byrne Why would @Greg_Byrne schedule us the way we have been when it’s been made clear that SOS means nothing? Just a side by side look at the schedule pre-season says it all….
@Fanatics@ArmyWP_Football@USArmy can we talk about how a veteran has been waiting to get a sweatshirt for Saturdays game since November 21st?! And still processing…..
@T_Elson15@Greg_Byrne These comments are laughable. You dont get a top SOS playing cupcake games. What the committee just said was playing non dominant teams and having a higher win count is what matters. Watch what happens next year; Bama Natty ‘25
@GetSpectrum@Ask_Spectrum Horrific customer experience. After canceling tv service; our service was placed back into use and we are being billed for it. Was then told, you just have to pay for it. Paying for something you canceled and don’t use is stealing money.
@FanaticsSupport@Fanatics you are taking advantage of veterans trying to get Army gear for the game. You don’t jet us use any discount codes, you make us pay for 5/7 day shipping and now you can’t deliver the items until December 24th. You should be ashamed.
@TMobile@TMobileHelp Erin Libby deserves a raise for actually listening to customers. For recognizing nearly 26 years of loyalty and doing what is right. She saved big time customers with her work today.
25 years with @TMobile, have an issue and get an “it is what it is” response. So much for loyalty..seems like a good commercial for @ATT or @Verizon or @Mintmobile to make…
