@Jon_Ayre It's actually a very good and easily understood example of what is going on and hence the limitations. In some ways LLM is the ultimate 'group think'.
@JohnWSeddon Bit of a generalisation John. But you may be hinting at the fact that some "Service Designers" are actually "Digital Service Designers". A much narrower discipline, focused on digital transactional service design.
@marxculture I think departments and the civil service have collapsed under the weight of short termism, and corruption. Bad in the past, now just overwhelming.
