1 Finding yourself means dating yourself. Learn what you like through trial and error.
2 Stay active, it is the #1 prevention for long term heealth issues.

4 Protect your peace. If you don’t like something, you can say no, you can walk away, and you will feel so much better after.
5 Sharing really is caring. That new food spot that is delicous? The new makeup brand you discovered? Tell your friends, invite everyone, life is better with friends in it.
6 Tell your family you love them. Life will pass you by quickly. Spend time with your parents and the people you love before you don’t have the chance anymore (I am speaking from personal experience) 7 You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make them drink. You can spend all your energy trying to help or fix someone and show them the answer, but at the end of the day, they need to do the work themselves.
8 You’re allowed to make mistakes. You won’t get everything right and that’s okay, you will learn a lot this way. Give yourself grace.

Studies of daily sunscreen users show they generally maintain adequate vitamin D levels. Short exposures (5–15 minutes on face/arms a few times a week) are often enough for vitamin D, even with sunscreen.
There is also no data to support a consistent link between sunscreen use and deficiency. It is also something that comes from diet/ supplements and it's not only reliant on sun exposure.
The morning light benefits or circadian rhythm ur speaking of come primarily from visible light (especially blue wavelengths) detected by eyes, not just UV. Sunscreen on skin won't meaningly interfere.
