@IndiGo6E do you have a functional helpline for passengers with immediate travel? Your call centre can't transfer the calls to the relevant folks, and have been waiting for call backs for hours. The travel is for two young kids traveling tomorrow.
Ok, so @airtelindia decided to charge me for VAS through UPI mandate even though I moved out of their service months ago. Their customer service isn't paying attention and I have some time in my hand to pursue it.

@airtelindia any plans to reduce your pay as you go rates for international roaming? They are 20-30x of @reliancejio and doesn't make sense in today's world.
@JioCare any reason why postpaid child accounts can't pay as you go on international roaming, while there is no such restriction for the primary postpaid account?
@motorolaindia any powerful phone from you with eSIM +pSIM in works, like Pixels? Need one soon, sadly Indian version of edge 60 pro doesn't have eSIM.
eSIM helps a lot when I travel and pSIM is a must for my primary SIM as it is easy to change devices if needed in emergency.

@reliancejio To their credit @reliancejio has the best call rates on international roaming though. So if you are a frequent traveller, they do have something to offer. Data on roaming is a different thing altogether.
For those looking to port to @reliancejio think if indoor coverage really matters to you. If I am on a call, I need to stay where I am. Opposite of being mobile, lol :D
