Q2 is wrapping up and I’ve honestly been sitting with a lot of gratitude lately ✨

So many challenges but God has been faithful through it all.

6 months. A LOT has happened. But before I list anything, this post is for my X community first, because none of it would mean as much without you.

We went from 12 followers to 90 followers. We’ve hosted 7 speakers, local and international, on The Quality Mind. Listenership ranges anywhere from 100 to 500+ per episode.

Every single one of those numbers has a real person behind it.
So thank you 🥹 for showing up, for sharing, for listening, for dropping into the spaces even when life was busy. And to our incredible speakers: you gave knowledge people would genuinely pay for, and you gave it freely. That means everything 🙏🏾

I’d also love to Thank God for everything so far ❤️

Here’s to what the next 6 months bring 🚀

I’ve been in the corporate world for a while now, and as a Christian, I believe our prayers over our careers should evolve.

Yes, pray for open doors, promotions, and success. But also pray to be surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you grow. Pray for leaders who recognize your value, invest in your development, and are willing to pay for the value you bring. Pray for mentors who don’t just use your gifts but help you become better.

I can tell you from experience, people like this are rare.

And when God places you in a position of influence, don’t see people as just employees or resources to get work done. Remember that, for a season, their destinies are entrusted to your leadership. Choose to pour into them, create opportunities for them, and leave them better than you found them.

That’s the kind of leadership that outlives a job title.
