Please pray for my wife. she has failed her driving test four times. Passing her driving test will really benefit the family because I’m a blind person. If you are in Canada, you’ll understand.. And please, if you can volunteer to be teaching her and you live in Winnipeg Manitoba your help will really mean a lot as the driver teaching her advice that she should be driving regularly to improve her driving skills. I really want her to pass this time because at some point she was depressed. Someone should help Be My Eyes. if you want to help, please reply to this post. @Highteaspeaks
My first NHS job, I wasn’t selected after the interview.
When the recruiting manager called to inform me that I wasn’t selected, she said I performed best at the interview but they will be going with a candidate that has been doing Bank shift with them for about 6 months.
She then requested to call me back with her personal line and we spoke at length. She felt so bad, apologized seriously and said she will see how she can bring me in as a bank staff.
About 4 weeks later, one of those in the team got a secondment opportunity and was going away for 6 months. The manager called me, got me registered and trained me personally. About 2 months into the role as a bank staff, the lady who went on secondment got another permanent job and she had to fully resign.
They put up vacancy, I applied and I was employed as a permanent staff. Just the same manner someone else was chosen over me because they were already bank staff few months back, I was chosen over other candidates that probably also performed better at the interview.
The main reason for this very boring story no one asked is just to tell you that you’re sometimes not the problem. Your application is sometimes not the problem. Your interview skill is sometimes not the problem.
If the manager wasn’t kind enough, I will probably think I have a problem and be pushed to buy NHS application guide. 😂
A lot happens internally. Some vacancies are put up with no intention to employ anyone. Yeah. That one sev dey 😂
There is practically no application/interview guide you need that you won’t see free of charge online.
Your phone isn't "accidentally" listening to you. It's a feature, not a bug.
I talked about a specific dog food brand once 10 minutes later, I had an ad. It’s called "Shadow-Logging," and it’s happening through 5 settings you’ve never touched.
Here is how to kill the eavesdropping for good:

If you are from a poor background, your best Japa ticket is Scholarship.
Pursue it with all you've got.
Many of my clients have Japa with nothing.
If you’re interested in joining my scholarship free WhatsApp group, comment “I’m interested” and wait for my next post.
If you live abroad, this video is for you. Share it with others after watching it. This Sunday, the 8th of February, will be my 36th year of living in the UK. Time flew, and I decided to share this with you. #deleolawanle#deleolawanlesnuggets
ARE YOU PAYING APPLE FOR EXTRA ICLOUD STORAGE?
You don’t have to. I cleared 12GB in one afternoon without spending a dime.

Every interview I have passed so far, I ended the conversation by asking them a simple question:
“Seeing that we’ve had a great conversation so far and I’ve really enjoyed knowing more about the team and company… is there any question or discussion you have asked so far that you think I’ve not been fully clear on or covered to your taste?”
Say yes: I use it as an opportunity to finish everything off
Say no: I appreciate you and acknowledge you for your time.
Both instances I’ve always moved on the next stage anytime I ask that question.
You should try it.
