@ABobaAddict There's some general tips out there, but I feel like it depends on what you want. What I would really look for is gaining that confidence to try those tweaks in your daily routine and see how it works, one adjustment at a time. All you can do and ask of yourself is to try. ♥️

@ABobaAddict Maybe it's my age, but it depends on the sites I was on. For forum boards (which is where I was at for my most of my time online), PMs were how I said it. But now with being mostly on Discord and Twitter, I'm used to saying DMs. So it's both, but mainly DMs now. 🤷

@ABobaAddict I think I get it. When WBD paid for the streaming rights in 2019, they were supposed to get a certain number of episodes (30 episodes/3 seasons) to fulfill the contract. But the Paramount+ deal for the specials (from 2021-onward) 'breached' the 2019 deal. Thus, WBD is now suing.

@ValentinaLRuiz People are just generally busy facing their own demons. (From my experience.) There are those around whenever you need to talk to someone (privately or otherwise), but you have to take that leap. I know that you may feel anxious about it. But I promise that doing this helps.
