Set 363 Max-Frame rate FPS on 360hz monitor
Set 242 Max-Frame rate FPS on 240hz monitor
Set 146 Max-Frame rate FPS on 144hz monitor
Set 122 Max-Frame rate FPS on 120hz monitor

It tremendously reduce stuttering bug caused by Low-Latency profile buffer between GPU and Monitor, also reduce waste of computer resources (CPU loads and GPU loads etc.)
