Optional Pre-Season BLUE Group practices will start at Valley HS pool next week.

Workouts will be conducted on 8/24 & 8/25 from 7 to 8:30PM and on 8/28 from Noon to 1:30PM.

These will consist of mainly kicking, drill, and technique sets.

Optional Preseason SILVER Group practices will start on Monday at WDM Valley HS pool.

These will be conducted on 8/23 & 8/24 from 7 to 8:20PM and on 8/28 from Noon to 1:20PM.

The focus of these practices will be on developing better technical skills.
